HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FOR MY CAR?
Simply call us and tell us about your car, we will require details such as make, model, year, mileage & condition. We will then research your specific car and call you back with an offer to buy your car.

An offer for your car can usually be made within one hour and we can usually complete a purchase on the day that you contact us and always have funds available. We will pay for your car at the time of collection, by cleared funds, so you do not have to wait for payment. We can collect your car from anywhere in Essex, wherever is convenient for you, we can even collect your car in your lunch hour!
DO YOU BUY IMPORTED CARS?
Yes, we buy imports -
There are two types of import; "parallel" imports are cars purchased within the EU, which may have minor differences to that of a UK car or grey imports - purchased outside the EU, these cars require a different approach to valuation. Please specify the type of import when you contact us (details are specified on the V5 Registration document).

HOW DO YOU VALUE MY CAR?
We will use our many years’ experience, the latest up to the minute databases and our hundreds of contacts within the motor trade to assess the current market value. As an independent company, we do not have the large overheads associated with larger businesses and are therefore able to offer a thoroughly researched best price for your specific car,
I HAVE LOST MY V5 (LOGBOOK) – WILL YOU BUY MY CAR?
For us to be able to buy your car, we must have the V5 (logbook). If you have mislaid it, but the car is registered in your name, DVLA have an express service option, or you can complete and return a V62 form - obtainable from the post office or online from this link http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Diol1/DoItOnline/DG_4017825.
I HAVE OUTSTANDING FINANCE – CAN I SELL MY CAR?
Yes you can sell your car but the outstanding finance must be settled.
You have two options;
- We can settle the finance for you, we will simply deduct the outstanding amount from the valuation of your car and pay on your behalf - data protection laws require that you obtain the settlement figure - and we need written confirmation from your finance company.
- Settle your finance directly with your finance company - we will require written confirmation from them that they have received full, cleared payment when we collect your car.
NB - If you owe more than the sale price of your car, you will need to pay the balance prior to us collecting the car. We will require written confirmation of this from your finance company when we collect your car. Alternatively you can pay us the difference in the form of a Bankers draft made payable to the finance company.
